court to the sixth coach and sprint back to the first court.</span><br /><span style="color:#cccccc;">when coach told us that we do frog jump all the way to the sixth court i was thinking that it will be tough and my thigh will pain(muscle)</span><br /><span style="color:#cccccc;">after doing that, i can feel that the pain will not gone and it will effect my trainning.</span><br /><span
