Today i should train harder.
I want to go jogging this morning but the cloud just want to stop me to train hard.
So i train at home,skipping the rope,shadow and all the things coach teach me.
then by noon,i go out to have lunch with my parents and my grandfather.
when times goes by,it is time for training.
when the coach tell us that we do frog jump from the first court to the sixth coach and sprint back to the first court.
when coach told us that we do frog jump all the way to the sixth court i was thinking that it will be tough and my thigh will pain(muscle)
after doing that, i can feel that the pain will not gone and it will effect my trainning.
the pain was very painful,but it was not that painful it is just no strenght.
i tried to squad down but not totally squad down la i just squad down a bit to check my muscle is better or not....
haiz....it is just like want to pull you down and dont stand.
i was thinking that if i fall and no ppl will care about me....dont noe *** **** care ** ***
after trainning my coach said that tuesday goes to my friends house....(Deepavali)
Well the whole day is just nothing but the trainning i wont forgot about it....
it is tough man
